October 2016

Saturday, October 15, 2016 1:30 to 3:30PM
It's ARCE's annual Archaeology Day and we have two fantastic presenters.

In addition to Dr. David Anderson's information on what could definitely be a brain twister for anybody
else beside an archaeologist - "Faunal Remains from the Predynastic Settlement at al-Mahasna Revisited", one of our members, talented archaeology student Kate Pointer, will share her research on "New Techniques of Archaeological Technology". This dovetails well with Dr. Anderson's specialization in the integration of computers and archaeology to facilitate collection and analysis of field results.
