Description:The paintings in question are the remains of a frescoed representation of a religious procession of units of the Roman army, cavalry and chariots towards a central niche with images of the deified tetrarchs. In the time of Diocletian, a room in the Luxor temple was converted into a shrine to the cult of the emperors.
