ARCE's national chapters host extensive lecture and seminar series throughout the year, presented by leading scholars in fields related to the study of Egypt. To facilitate the flow of information among ARCE chapters, as well as to put scholars in contact with chapters interested in hosting them, ARCE has established a speakers bureau.

The bureau is a resource, both for chapters and for speakers interested in presenting one or more lectures to ARCE chapters throughout the country. Typically speakers are provided lodging and limited transportation within the United States at the chapter's expense. Honoraria are also provided to speakers, who have the option of forgoing the honoraria and donating their lectures to the chapters.

Scholars in North America interested in presenting lectures, as well as those abroad planning a visit to the United States, are invited to contact the speakers bureau coordinator, Suzanne Onstine, president of ARCE's Arizona chapter.
