The ARCE Annual Meeting provides a forum for scholars, students, and expedition leaders to present their research findings or discuss the latest developments of their projects in the areas of Egyptology, Coptic Studies, and Medieval to Modern Egyptian studies. ARCE’s 2011 Annual Meeting attracted over 400 attendees. Attendees include historians, archaeologists, philologists, and conservators, among many others, who represent universities, museums, and organizations promoting scholarly research, conservation, and education. The Exhibitor/Bookseller display is a highlight for all attendees.
Registration
Registration for exhibitors is $400 for 1-2 tables, and $600 for 3, or more tables. Exhibit registration includes registration for up to two exhibit staff, per vendor. Additional personnel must register separately for the event. Exhibitor Registration Form>>Advertising/Sponsorship

ARCE welcomes sponsorship of our program. We offer you the opportunity to help underwrite the Annual Meeting or an afternoon coffee break. For a $500 contribution, you will receive a 1/2 page ad in the Abstract Booklet, recognition at the Members' Meeting, and prominent acknowledgement on the ARCE website. For a $700 contribution, you can sponsor an afternoon coffee break. Coffee is only being provided by ARCE for morning breaks, so this is a great opportunity to encourage registrants to visit the Exhibitor/Bookseller area(s) in the afternoons. You'll receive the same recognition and advertising as listed above plus signs in the coffee areas acknowledging your contribution and location at the hotel.
