Description: This will look at Wace's excavations in Alexandria in the 1940s, providing a detailed discussion of the site and connect it with more recent excavations in the area done by the Poles. Therefore, I would discuss the excavations, what was found, and its connection to current excavations as well as to what this tells us about Alexandria in general.
