Planned Giving

Planned Giving Commitment Form

The Nile Legacy Society was established to honor and celebrate those who have created a legacy gift with the American Research Center in Egypt. Many ARCE friends and members choose to make an impact by making an estate gift. A planned gift is a lasting investment in the American Research Center in Egypt, advancing our shared mission and ensuring our ability to protect, preserve, and promote Egyptian cultural heritage for generations to come. By making a planned gift to the American Research Center in Egypt, you can enjoy all the benefits of becoming a benefactor in your lifetime.

There are many ways to make an impact through an estate gift. Most ARCE members who document an estate gift to ARCE do so through a will or living trust, by either leaving a predetermined dollar amount or a percentage amount to ARCE for a specific purpose.

Nile Legacy Society members are eligible to receive special benefits and unique recognition opportunities:

  • Name recognition in Scribe Magazine
  • Invitation to President’s Reception at the Annual Meeting and a special Nile Legacy Society event
  • Official Certificate of Recognition from the ARCE Board of Governors
  • Nameplate on Nile Legacy Society wall in Cairo House upon documentation

While all benefits are afforded to the Nile Legacy Society Members, ARCE respects the desire of any member who wishes to remain anonymous.

Becoming a member of the Nile Legacy Society is simple.

Download and complete our Planned Giving Commitment Form and mail it and any attachments to our US office. This form is for documentation purposes only and is not a legal document. We encourage all members who intend to leave an estate gift to ARCE to complete this form so you may express exactly how you would like your gift to be administered.
